Among his first actions, NBC News predicts Biden will overturn the Mexico City Policy and President Donald Trump’s Protect Life Rule, both of which defunded the abortion chain Planned Parenthood of millions of dollars.
Abortion activists are pressuring Biden to end the Hyde Amendment as well. The long-standing amendment prohibits taxpayer funding for elective abortions in Medicaid. Biden could not end the measure by executive order, however; Congress also would need to vote to end it.

There is also the Cahill Policy which states “it shall be the policy of the Department that enforcement of nude sunbathing regulations within the State Park System shall be made only upon the complaint of a private citizen. Citations or arrests shall be made only after attempts are made to elicit voluntary compliance with the regulations.”
There are many nude beaches and resorts in California but local ordinances vary for nudity on public beaches.

Dozens began lining up Friday, more than 24 hours before the rally, to show President Trump the tremendous support he has in his home state of Florida. The lines entering the fairgrounds were backed up for miles a day before the event.
Local NBC News Channel 8 had a report on the crowds already lining up for the rally.

SURFSIDE, Fla. — Gov. Ron DeSantis, speaking Saturday morning in Surfside as search efforts are ongoing, announced a state of emergency for several Florida counties ahead of Tropical Storm Elsa.
The order applies to the following counties: Charlotte, Citrus, Collier, DeSoto, Hardee, Hernando, Hillsborough, Lee, Levy, Miami-Dade, Monroe, Pasco, Pinellas and Sarasota.
This includes the Tampa Bay region.
