>Who controls elected leaders?

>Who do elected leaders report to?

<Pickle.

(as in 'elk pic' anagram from last bread pointing to Rothschild pic. Alternatively, As in Q humorously bashing the 'pinnacle of draco', or 'phallus of dragon' as being pickle-shaped, which is a title held by the Rothschild family, according to a claim by Montuak abductee Stuart Swerdlow, in which case i'm going to invoke rule 34 with pic related… … However, different sources suggest Pindar may be some other royalty figure.. I believe Icke suggests it's prince Charles' "real father", whoever that may be..)

http://thehill.com/policy/defense/387039-amendment-to-slow-space-force-shot-down-in-house-defense-markup

While a proposal for the Space Force is not included in the NDAA, the heads of the strategic forces subcommittee, Reps. Mike Rogers (R-Ala.) and Jim Cooper (D-Tenn.), have proposed a move to build up a space war fighting unit under the Air Force, as well as a subunified command that would report to Strategic Command.

But Turner argued that because the Defense Department (DOD) is set to provide an interim report this summer on the feasibility of a space force, Congress should not move ahead on a space unit until that time.

“We’re in the process of awaiting the report we asked for, and yet we’re going to jump forward in this mark and direct DOD to undertake a reorganization while we’re asking them to study the reorganization,” Turner said.

Rogers argued that regardless of an upcoming report “there’s still things in space that have to be fixed.”

Cooper, meanwhile, asserted that Turner last year tried to shoot down a plan for a space force, claiming “he's trying to oppose us this year.”

“I think that any member of this committee who wants to make sure that we avoid a space Pearl Harbor will support the subcommittees’ work on this,” Cooper said.

What a curious choice of words at the end..

Matches up with what Bill Cooper says

First, we were approached by a benevolent species which offered spiritual guidance but only if we threw away the nukes, but the Govt didn't think it was in their interest to toss away the nukes..

Next came the Zeta Reticuli (small greys), offering us tech in exchange for people harvesting, silence about their presence, and (later) setting up bases. Terrible deal through Eisenhower, however, it seems that the committees that were set up before this meeting (by some infamous names, like rockefeller, bush, and brzezinski) to create the MJ-12 (which of course was only looking out for themselves, no surprise..).. The greys of course, being technologically more advance, didn't bother to keep tabs on how many people they were actually abducting.. Then of course, montuak came about around that time as well.

According to Cooper, the Grey extraterrestrials signing the treaty were not trustworthy:

By 1955 it became obvious that the aliens had deceived Eisenhower and had broken the treaty…. It was suspected that the aliens were not submitting a complete list of human contacts and abductees to the Majesty Twelve and it was suspected that not all abductees had been returned. [25]

Similarly, Lear argued that the Grey extraterrestrials quickly broke the treaty and could not be trusted:

… a deal was struck that in exchange for advanced technology from the aliens we would allow them to abduct a very small number of persons and we would periodically be given a list of those persons abducted. We got something less than the technology we bargained for and found the abductions exceeded by a million fold than what we had naively agreed to. [26]

Other whistleblowers also suggested that the extraterrestrials who signed the Treaty with Eisenhower couldn’t be trusted. Schneider claimed that despite the treaty’s provisions on the number of humans who would be ‘abducted’ for experiments,

“the aliens altered the bargain until they decided they wouldn't abide by it at all.” [27]

So, who's to say how trustworthy these greys really were? Regardless, it seems they are much less prevalent in these recent years anyway, but there's no telling how many may have suffered previously, or even how many just got the booty probin'.

The President was General of the Army Dwight David Eisenhower.

During his first year in office, 1953, at least 10 more crashed discs were recovered along with 26 dead and 4 live aliens. Of the 10,4 were found in Arizona, 2 in Texas, 1 in New Mexico, 1 in Louisiana, 1 in Montana, and 1 in South Africa. There were hundreds of sightings.

Eisenhower knew that he had to wrestle and beat the alien problem. He knew that he could not do it by revealing the secret to the Congress, Early in 1953 the new President turned to his friend and fellow member of the Council on Foreign Relations Nelson Rockefeller. Eisenhower and Rockefeller began planning the secret structure of alien-task supervision, which was to become a reality within one year.

The idea for MJ-12 was thus born.
