Hundreds of Millions Transferred to Iran Through the UAE

Anons, pretty sure that this is evidence that Obama sent cash to Iran through the UAE. Q has repeatedly asked if all of the cash went directly to Iran. When researching the $400 million that was caught, it turned out that the cash was delivered to Iran's Central Bank. Here it is again.
