Target Will Close All 6 of its San Francisco Stores Early Because of Huge Spike in Organized Retail Crime

Target says it will close all 6 of its stores in San Francisco early because of a huge spike in crime and shoplifting.

The Democrat hell hole of San Francisco is the ONLY city in the US that Target has decided to close early because of organized retail crime.

Marxist San Francisco DA Chesa Boudin made it clear that prosecuting shoplifters is low on his priority list and his ‘no arrest’ policy is destroying brick and mortar businesses.

Thieves can pretty much ‘legally’ walk out of a retail store with up to $950 in merchandise without paying and get away with it because of Democrat policies.

ABC 7 reported:

Target has now acknowledged that San Francisco is the only city in America where they have decided to close some stores early because of the escalating retail crime.

For more than a month, we’ve been experiencing a significant and alarming rise in theft and security incidents at our San Francisco Stores, similar to reports from other retailers in the area.

Target isn’t the only store in San Francisco to make changes because of the continuous shoplifting. After 10 p.m. the 7-Eleven on Drumm St. in the Financial District only does business through a metal door. But first you have to ring the bell to let them know you’re outside.

Walgreens has already closed several stores for the same reason and security guards like Kevin Greathouse are told not to physically engage with those shoplifting.

“It’s going to be lawsuits, obviously they don’t want ourselves or anybody else to get injured while we’re out here attempting to make these apprehensions and leave it to law enforcement,” said Greathouse.

Australia State Media setting the blame the unvaxed in motion

Sydney aged care COVID-19 outbreak spreads, three residents test positive

The daughter of an elderly man who tested positive for COVID-19 in a Sydney aged care home says unvaccinated staff who brought the virus in are "a disgrace".

Key points:

The three residents have been taken to Westmead Hospital as a precaution

Summit Care says 96 per cent of the 149 residents have been vaccinated

The home is being cleaned, and staff and residents are tested regularly

Summit Care today confirmed three residents at its Baulkham Hills facility, in the city's north-west, had contracted the virus.

The three people are aged in their 80s and 90s.

While all had been given COVID-19 jabs, the same cannot be said for the staff at the centre, where single rooms can cost up to $1.5 million, plus extra daily payments.

Two workers tested positive for COVID-19 during the week, sending the facility, which is home to 149 residents, into lockdown.

Summit Care's chief operating officer Michelle Sloane said one of the staff members who tested positive was unvaccinated and that she was "unclear" about whether the other had been given a jab.

Ms Sloane said only about one-third of the facility's staff had been vaccinated for COVID-19.

Two of the three residents who tested positive were last night taken to Westmead Hospital as a precaution.

NSW recorded 16 locally acquired COVID-19 infections in the 24 hours to 8:00pm yesterday — 13 of them were in isolation while infectious.

In a statement, Summit Care said the residents were not showing symptoms and were in "good spirits".

However, the daughter of one of them, who did not want to be named, said she was furious some staff at the facility were not vaccinated.

"We assumed they were. I think it's a disgrace," she said.

"If I had known, that would've meant I would've made other decisions around my parents.

"I'm just so angry. We've got to do better.

"I just want to hold their hand and give them comfort."
