Federal RePORTER - searchable site -NIH "…federal science research investments…".
This is a must see site. It's a searchable site full of information about federal investments in scientific research. Anon is using Advanced Bioscience Laboratories (ABL Inc.) as an example of the searchable site. Was able to determine that NIH NIAID has funded ABL Inc. at least 16 times. There's a chart that shows project numbers, principle investors, project leaders, organization funded, fiscal year, total $$ invested and more. Anon also did a search for Spike Protein and got 1562 results demonstrating a lot of money spent and years invested (see 4/4 below).

Federal RePORTER is a collaborative effort led by STAR METRICS® to create asearchable database of scientific awards from agencies. This database promotes transparency and engages the public, the research community, and agencies to describe federal science research investments and provide empirical data for science policy. Users can search across multiple fields in both the Smart Search and Advanced Search functions-including across agencies or fiscal years, by the award's project leader, or by a text search of a project's title, terms, or abstracts."
