Tiny Terror: Transfixing Glare of a Tiny Owl
19:00 GMT 04.07.2021 (apology if already posted–wondered if this was COMMS. Vid at sauce is33sec long)
While the unblinking stare of a large owl – such as the great horned owl, for example – might make the person on its receiving end feel wary, it would probably be difficult to regard the gaze of a smaller specimen as truly menacing, especially if said owl looked like it was just lazing around.
Resting horizontally on its perch, this tiny bird of prey keeps staring at the person filming it, as if trying to figure out what the person wants from it.
The bird does not seem to be particularly alarmed, as it barely changes its posture andmakes no attempt to flee, simply “lying” about and observing the human in front of it.
