They believe in a form of Karmic retribution
"Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap." Galatians 6:7
By telegraphing their movements through overt action or symbolism they believe that they circumvent this "cosmic law" because the people of the world choose their own enslavement freely. They merely build a vampiric world system and we put on the shackles willingly in the face of their warnings. To them it becomes a kind of karmic loophole where they cannot be held responsible in eternity to any higher power for the choices that their captives have made freely.
It's bullshit if you ask me and hinges on the false notion that the God of the universe is solely retributive in nature, hence why they hate the concept of Christ's sacrifice which breaks their neat and tidy luciferian theology.
