Trump lost the election to the DS (doesn't matter how at this point). His term of office expired on Jan 20th, 2021. IF he ran in 2024, and won, he would take office again. But chances of that all happening are slim, at best.
Meaningless, unless and until the documents are actually unsealed, released to the public, reported on in MSM, and people are charged, arrested, convicted, and sentenced. Judging by who is in control right now, the chances of any of that happening are 0%.
