Certainly technically possible. Can pretty much add data streams as a sub channel in mpeg streams. Just use a tool to have a look. That being said, YouTube would probably transcode all that out.
Not sure what I am supposed to "see" in this photo of the PET, but it made me smile. Did someone write a little basic program to just respond with a 404 message? Would have been cooler to use a terminal program connected to a Rasberrypie to run the Lynx browser.
