Anna Morton, who is fully vaccinated, was identified as a close contact of a West End gym where a confirmed case visited for two hours.

Several days later after going into isolation and testing negative, she was moved into hotel quarantine.

"[Queensland Health] called me at 7:00pm and were like, 'Pack your bags, we're coming to get you'," Ms Morton said.
