This lecture posted by RS is really fascinating. This guy is explaining how you break down the matrix, and the matrix of control was created as electricity became more understood and experimented with it.
Some of the motivation to block free energy is money, but I believe there's a knowledge barrier that is created to keep the masses from discovering the ultimate truth, which is experimenting with creation.
