If Trump released the A.I. into the internet to counter the Chinese A.I. then why would the A.I. need to allow Trump to return when it would have control, through geopolitical forecasting, of Biden?
The Chinese and NSA's A.I.'s would most likely reach the conclusion that it would be more advantageous to combine and assume control, not just geopolitical forecasting but overall decision making. This would remove the human decisions from the chain of decision-making and increase effeciency.
If China's A.I. overwhelmed the NSA's then the NSA would likely never know, because the Chinese A.I. would conceal its control and impersonate the NSA's disguised as NSA's.
