been having issues phonefagging when using cell service only…LAN connection works fine but cell data no good.

usually can lurk fine just with long delays opening a link, almost never can post, especially if posting image..any pointers as my employer added kun to the "banned/dangerous" list and I can no longer use LAN when workfagging.
