This reminds me of that bullshit 'teamwork' crap we all had to go through in the workplace in the 1990's, where they tried to convince us all to be more like Japanese in our work habits basically. You had to pretend to go along with it even if it wasn't your style, employers liked to see reference to teamwork on resumes, etc.

This CRT stuff is worse, though.

Upper management at my workplace went to a weekend like that, then came back and told us what a life changing experience it was. Their enthusiasm was not contagious. I ended up looking for employment elsewhere, and my new employer sent everyone through the program.
