Section 230 protections cannot be given to them, then. They edit/mask/ban/shadow ban/silence anyone they choose to on their platforms. That makes them a publisher, not a platform. A class action lawsuit could work, and using the section 230 angle might just be the only way to take them down.

Think of over 100, 1,000, or even 10,000 people joining the suit and presenting their evidence. Now also think of what sort of evidence Pres. Trump himself will bring to the suit. What if there's proof other highly illegal content isn't prioritized in their efforts to scrub bad shit from these platforms? What if the election fraud is covered in that evidence? Trafficking of minors? All while silencing those right of center, and even some on the left.

This is huge. Bigly huge.

It's proof of their actions against users on their platforms, and use of those platforms for narrative control and influence in every spectrum of discussion. This directly effects the users of these platforms, and the "owners" know this. KNOWINGLY altering and/or suppressing information with the intent to influence of the users?

C'mon, anon. At this point, it depends on which judge it lands in the lap of.

OK, arguing with BV the moran is one thing, but trying to convince anons that the case being brought against these ABC assets and their platforms is going to be ineffectual because there's no "proof" of anything is something only someone prodigiously retarded, like Ginger McQueen, would do.

The proof will be in the filing. The proof is something millions of people have experienced and documented on their own.

Going to be interesting to see how Pres. Trump's class action goes to the Supreme Court and this precedent is ignored due to section 230 being the consideration instead of who it belongs to (private entity enjoying gov't sponsored immunity).

Tucker did a segment on NSA spying on him by way of a trusted informant (can't remember her name) letting him know by providing specifics in emails that only a few people would've known. So apparently what's happening now is that NSA is relaying those emails to other journalists in order to give them something to work with in countering him and his 10 million viewers.

So yes, it makes sense that portions of our gov't are being used against its own citizens because that's been the biggest reveal of all in this whole crazy Q joyride into the abyss of the DS's methods and willingness to go scorched earth just to keep their grip on the levers of control. This is especially bad because it proves Mockingbird coordination.
