I haven't really noticed it, but that doesn't mean I'm saying you're wrong.
One big issue is there is no consistency with what is a Notable.
The ones I dislike the most are the newsbot cap/link/sensationalized headline ones that often doesn't match what the articles really say or is poorly sourced.
Put some damn effort into posting those - at least cap the key parts and show the source behind them.
And don't reward that anti-digg behavior by Notabling them when they don't.

He's been active as a BV in 2021 - tho he has been quiet for the last month.
