Have given a little thought to DJT's lawsuits against Twitter, Facebook, and Google.
Suspect the genius is setting up a no win scenario for the platforms. On the one hand, if they succeed in arguing a private business that can ban willy nilly, then those platforms will have to start absorbing the liability for child porn and other hate speech that is posted to them. (Users are governed/managed so all users should be governed/managed.) OTOH, if they are public, then DJT gets a place to play.
Discovery should unleash algorithms and harsh realities about manipulation by all the platforms.
It's very brave of DJT to make this effort.
