On Nov 13th, 2016, she was said to have committed suicide while in Haiti.
She was investigating child trafficking linked to the Clinton Foundation.
Her mother says there is no way she killed herself. The family has received little to no answers on her death.

Then another Haitian official, Klaus Eberwein, was found dead in a Miami hotel room July 2017- another ‘suicide’. And Dec 2017, Dr Dean Lorich who volunteered in Haiti found dead in his NY apt with knife in chest & 11 yr old daughter in the house. Odd.
