There is a lot of extraterrestrials that are humanoid and there is a lot that are not humanoid at all. Not all reptilians are bad. There are good reptilians too. The reptile people that are native to Earth prefer to be called repterrans. There is also insect/ant people. There is some that live completely underwater and are like mermaids. There is some like sasquatch/bigfoot and look like Chewbacca from Star Wars. The diversity of life is quite stunning.
