I'm doing this shit for a year now, and I have not seen notables that were "accidentally deleted" until now. I have seen all sorts of spam, including gore spam and no one gave a shit about it. I also saw tons of fake Q posts signed with Q that were also not removed. Now all of a sudden we changed to deletion heaven.

Bakers typically can not delete posts.
Removing notables doesn't do shit, especially for my scraper which collects them, but never deletes them.
However I can't do anything against posts getting deleted by corrupt people, because they are gone before my scraper gets them. And even if it got them, typically bakers remove dead post links, and thus my scraper will not get these notables.
