I think there is another issue with the Section 230 clause of The Communications Decency Act and that is the tech giants have simply perpetrated a fraud on the American people by claiming exempt status of liability under Section 230 because they are a "Platform", not a "Publisher" with editorial oversight of their business model.
The fraud is that they are in fact a "Publisher" under any reasonable definition of the term and do in fact exercise their editoial discretion as to what can be said, shared and responded to and what can not. They do what communist always do. "Bait & Switch". They are now the defacto "Arbiters" of what is acceptable speech and what is not. A Class action lawsuit should not only be filed against the big 3 and their CEOs personally but the DOJ should be investigating them for the blatant criminal activity all 3 are co conspirators in.
There are also blatant FEC violations with "in kind political contributions" in that their editorial discretion contributes to the tune of billions of dollars worth of support to the democrat party candidate(s) by either censoring detrimental information about democrat candidates to the American electorate ie…………….Hunter Biden's laptop crimes, Joe Biden's obvious knowledge of his son's business dealings with foreign actors or by censoring the opposition's ability to raise these issues in order to inform the public in this now, modern public square.
Add to all of this the issue with monopolizing the internet, brazen election interference, lying to congress and a slew of other issues. Jack Dorsey, Mark Zuckerbrg and Sangai Pincha (sic) are basically in violation of Federal RICO statutes. These CEOs are criminals running in concert with each other, corrupt organizations. Plain and simple.
The big "Out" for all of these criminals is the cancerous and corrupt DOJ aided and abetted by a rotten to the core court system. From either a civil cause of action or a criminal one, they all skate. "RIGGED".
