Sorry, I dont have a source aside from memory. I just remember the speech, and I remember anons digging it when it happened. There was discussion of the arch I posted - it was very 'off'' when that arch appeared. He has made comments about columns, as well as saying something about hoping we just 'do away with handshakes'
