I don't think Q is making a value judgement about the billboard. I think he's pointing it out as an example of how the Patriot/MAGA/Q movement is gaining so much traction that a billboard would make financial sense for someone. MSM is losing control of the narrative because our momentum is out pacing theirs. They can't keep up any more.
