I am wondering if any of you have and good research on the effectiveness vs ineffectiveness of masks against COVID.

The reason I am asking is that my office is refusing to lift requirements for masks even though my province has lifted masking requirements in almost all instances.

If any of you have any quality studies or evidence I can provide to have this changed, please let me know.
