you are not wrong. This is a long game of psychological curses and spiritual curses passed on through generations. Shitty parents usually are the prime culprits, then it expands from their till you get things like priests and stuff like that, who also have been damaged. Its all totally messed up and so many have been damaged and mislead on so many levels down to levels of depravity that they may not even fully comprehend, and then when society back them up what are people to do. They assume it is ok and normal, hence the born this way movement. Sad. Breaks my heart just as much as it angers me. I wish there was an easy answer to all this but it is way to convoluted.

the problem is they are unrepentant and flaunt their sin taunting God because they hate him so much, it goes further since many churches are now tolerant of this behavior and instead of trying to steer them back on track they allow the delusion to continue, i guess the question is can we offer forgiveness if they think they have done no wrong, and then what? Don't want them to come to harm either but some people sadly will jump to that first, and the anger is palpable these days towards them, again not sure if its not justified either. I want to be kind but i also know i am a sinner and fall far short of who i should be, so i dunno if that is the entire mote in anothers eye issue.
So many good people, with amazing hearts are being lost as you said, and i want to be there for them, we all deserve redemption and forgiveness, somehow we have to get past the anger, and that is hard, because we want what we perceive as justice, but this eye for an eye OT shit is exactly that shit. It hurts and it will damage way more people than it could ever help. We all need to be better somehow because if what is coming what i think is coming, we are going to need all the love we can muster. We need to break the chains of this cultish ideology on all sides. We have to aim up instead of at each other. Still gonna make spicy memes though.
