I can tell you nao that the based bakers of breads past are NOT baking. I found out why when I tried my first bake. Didn't work out as it was quickly derailed and deleted. Bakers that control the bread nao are horrible compared to how it used to be. We need our based bakers back. There is NOTHING out there like them.
It doesn't matter if the bake is perfect or not.
It won't be the last time that I'll try to bake.
