Close frem in VA now.
Had nurse not administer pain meds and chart that they were taken. He just had amputation so he complaining about pain and not getting meds.
They later gave him meds that weren't charted. Nearly killed him.
That's what he is still recovering from mostly.
He/we demanded they administer drugs using two persons.
His job involved the (((cant say here)))) crime family.
