What the Democrats, Deep State and China Do Much Better Than Us…And It’s Not Cheating but It Is Destructive – Patrick Bergy and The ShadowNet Case Study

There is a noticeable, palpable and ultimately destructive dynamic that has consistently plagued our cause and it deserves a dialogue and remedies and both of those are already long overdue. It’s something that is sown into our cause by outside hostiles at the same time it’s sown from within by infiltrators and those falling victim to basic and primal human psychology like ego, insecurity, territoriality and more. It’s something that stands as a plausible deal breaker to reinstalling our rightful President Trump and getting back the Republic. It’s something that has consequences we’re already living as a warm-up of unimaginably horrible things to come assuming we continue forward unmitigated.

It’s also something the Democrats, Deep State and China never do – fracture internally and within the ranks – rather preferring to default to what they do best and much better than us and it’s not cheating, but it is destructive. It’s marching in full lockstep.

Relative to this position, today we’ll examine the dynamics of ShadowNet – a story I’ve covered sparsely due to time and resource limitations – to better understand it all more fully. It will be our third example as preceded by two others – my own and another also enveloping Mr. Lin Wood like ShadowNet.

Let’s begin by pausing to understand why Patrick Bergy and ShadowNet are so important. ShadowNet can be regarded as a tool or an asset that can be deployed and leveraged to desired ends and it’s a direct overlay to the blueprint that Obama used (leveraging federalism) from 2009-2017 to set the stage for the what is now the present. ShadowNet is the creation of a contractor named Patrick Bergy and these are his words.

How does this reflect on Bergy’s credibility, reliability, agenda and motivation relative to his assertions and relative to the claims against Powell, Flynn and Wood when he attacks them for something he waited four years to deliver and then yanked it back and took it to this particular FBI? It looks absolutely horrendous.

Bergy is the one throwing people under the bus but then he pivots to the federal law enforcement agency with a clearly demonstrated bias against the cause or anyone aligned with it. For the FBI, this is especially true in light of last summer’s rioting, looting, burning, beating and murdering.

In my analysis, it appears as if Bergy is a controlled operator; perhaps an infiltrator. This makes Bergy’s allegations and circle-back to the FBI highly questionable; especially when one acknowledges that investigations are opened to both reveal and prosecute -or- conceal and seal away.

My nickel is on Bergy and the FBI looking to conceal and seal away as explained and demonstrated by Bergy’s words and actions. In general, it looks like Bergy constructively attacked and then ran for cover.

Where is this evidence of which Bergy speaks? How can Bergy evidence whether or not President Trump viewed his affidavit or was briefed on it when he wasn’t privy to any of those meetings? Why hasn’t Bergy provided his evidence to this extent publicly like Mr. Wood has done with the statement of Dr. McGreevey? Bergy’s motivations and principal[s] lend toward answering that question.

How does Bergy know that Trump wasn’t briefed on his affidavit and in some capacity perhaps relative to an ongoing operation and whereby the contents of the affidavit placed that operation in some form of jeopardy? Was Bergy maneuvering on a constructive element with strategic value? That’s one explanation.

Recalling Bergy’s claims, consider what it looks like if Bergy knows that his affidavit reached President Trump and then the Capitol “insurrection” event still unfolds? One would have to presume that Trump et al had foreknowledge of the 06 Jan 21 event and permitted it to happen, which is exactly what I’ve been outlining according to evidence and analysis. One would also presume that Bergy also knows this. For clarity, my analysis situated this scenario as occurring prior to Inauguration Day and I got that timing very wrong.

What Bergy was likely doing for reasons unknown but not hard to conjure up was creating a scenario that placed President Trump into conflict by causing pressure on Trump to defend himself with likely classified information of strategic value. Powell, Flynn and Wood are the firewall there.

Does Mr. Wood strike you as a reluctant legal advisor who skirts the edges and takes loosely his onus and responsibilities? Have you read the transcripts he took from Dr. Johnathan McGreevey? Does he seem timid of heavy-hitting intelligence? Does he appear reluctant to embark on matters that equate to career suicide? Those are all rhetorical questions. Meanwhile, in this article we’ve generated a long list of direct, appropriate and legitimate questions for Bergy.

If the President were briefed but wished to keep that confidential, Powell, Flynn and Wood remain the firewall and naturally draw Bergy’s scrutiny, which they clearly did. Whether Trump knew or didn’t know or was briefed or wasn’t briefed and beyond anecdotal or circumstantial evidence that may or may not encompass Rudy Giulaini, how does Bergy evidence this and where is that evidence?

Clearly, Bergy holds our attention because he is the contractor who secured a 2007 U.S. DoD contract for $240,000 to spend one year in Iraq building what would become ShadowNet.

In all of this, the parties are draw into conflict – Bergy, as someone who is material to the matters at hand, is in conflict with Powell and Flynn, who are both material and additionally leadership; and Wood, who is leadership. It represents internal fracturing within the ranks and leadership of our cause and it deserves a dialogue and remedies that result in exposing the truth in it all.

We’ll close with a cursory examination of the gravity behind a primary Bergy claim – the nature of the public-private interface relative to ShadowNet, Dynology Corporation, ClearForce, Twitter, Facebook and former General James Jones. This is depicted in the Bergy tweet above and can be further consumed and understood independently.

Our focus is on Jones and it is critically important to remember that he ties directly back to old reporting from June of 2020.

Man intercepted, arrested by FBI admits driving to Lubbock for sex with very young girl

LUBBOCK, Texas — Andrew Juaquez, 35, of Odessa was arrested by the FBI and booked Wednesday night into the Lubbock County Detention Center.

A criminal complaint said the FBI received a CyberTip that an “adult female was possibly sex trafficking a child.” The tip led to a search warrant for a residence in Lubbock.

The complaint said Juaquez and the woman found each other on the internet using a service called Skout. They also communicated via Duo.

“Adult Jane Doe occasionally got kicked off of Skout when she had sexually explicit conversations about kids with other individuals,” the complaint said.

Juaquez and the woman “exchanged sexually graphic images and videos of each other.” The woman mentioned a family member who was an 11-year-old girl. The complaint said Juaquez expressed an interest in sexually abusing the girl.

After the CyberTip, Lubbock Police posed as the adult woman and communicated with Juaquez. Juaquez then described in specific detail all the ways he wanted to sexually abuse the child.

While Juaquez was internet-chatting with the officer who posed as the woman, Juaquez admitted to sexually abusing a 13-year-old girl, according to the complaint.

The undercover officer then posed as the 11-year-old girl. After trading sexually explicit messages, Juaquez arranged to travel from Odessa to Lubbock. But instead of meeting with the woman and the child in Lubbock, he was met by the FBI.

The complaint said, “Juaquez admitted he drove to Lubbock planning to have sex with Adult Jane Doe and 11-year-old Juvenile Jane Doe.”

Juaquez remained in the detention center Thursday. The official charge was listed as enticement and attempted enticement of a minor.

The adult woman was not identified by name in the complaint.

PROTESTS ERUPT IN SRI LANKA: OVER 30 ARRESTED

A tense situation arose opposite the Hulftsdorp Magistrate’s Court today (08), when a group of protesters who were earlier arrested and released on bail, were taken for quarantine.

A protest was staged by Inter-University Students Federation at the parliamentary roundabout this afternoon opposing the General Sir John Kotelawala National Defence University Bill.

31 people were arrested during the protest for violating quarantine regulations when Sri Lanka Police intervened to disperse the crowd.

Following the arrests, the suspects were produced before the Hulftsdorp Magistrate’s Court this evening.

They were thereafter released on personal bails of Rs. 25,000 each.

Following court proceedings, a tense situation arose when Sri Lanka Police attempted to take those who were released on bail for quarantine.

Joint Law Enforcement Cooperation Leads to Stash Houses

LAREDO, Texas – Over a 24-hour period, Laredo Sector Border Patrol agents and law enforcement partners exposed two stash houses and arrested over 70 undocumented individuals throughout Laredo.

The first stash house was found during the mid-evening of July 5. Agents acted on a request for assistance from the Laredo Police Department (LPD) with a possible stash house on Logan Avenue. Agents and LPD discovered 40 undocumented individuals from the countries of Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador.

The second incident occurred the next afternoon when Laredo South Station agents along with law enforcement partners approached a residence in east Laredo. Over 30 undocumented individuals from the countries of Mexico, Guatemala, and El Salvador were found inside the residence.

Rep. Ocasio-Cortez urges illegal immigrants to apply for Biden's child tax credit

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) encouraged eligible illegal immigrants to apply for the child tax credit passed by Congress and signed by President Joe Biden in March.

The socialist Democrat firebrand made the comments to reporters during a media briefing Thursday at an IRS office in New York City. She outlined what applicants needed to do in order to make sure they would receive the payments and touted centers where they could receive help applying online.

"These centers are also offering help to undocumented folks with eligible children," she said.

"So any child with a Social Security number is eligible. Do not count yourself because a parent and guardian is undocumented. You just need your individual tax identification number, or your ITIN," Ocasio-Cortez explained.

"So please help us help you, help us help each other, and make sure you access the tools," she added. "These checks are supposed to be hitting our bank accounts next week."

The child tax credit will deliver a payment to eligible parents of children on a monthly basis starting July 15. The payments will phase out for higher earning families. The full credit is available for single parents earning up to $75,000, and for couples earning up to $150,000.

Democrats have touted the claim that the payments would present an opportunity to cut child poverty in the United States by half.

"These payments represent the largest anti-poverty program in a generation!" Ocasio-Cortez said excitedly at the briefing.

The program is expected to cost more than $110 billion. It will only last for one year but Democrats are seeking to extend the tax credit and make it a permanent part of the budget.

Soros-Funded Groups Call on Biden To Ignore China’s Abuses in Order To Fight Climate Change

Signatories also took money from groups with ties to Chinese Communist Party

Progressive groups backed by billionaire George Soros and several liberal philanthropies are calling on President Joe Biden to ignore China's human rights record and partner with the Communist regime to fight climate change.

Forty-eight progressive organizations issued the letter to Biden this week, including prominent outfits like CODEPINK, Sunrise Movement, the Union of Concerned Scientists, and ActionAid USA. The groups accuse the White House and Congress of taking an "antagonistic approach" to U.S.-China relations that will serve as a "major barrier" to cooperation on climate change. Several of the groups have taken money from liberal organizations that have funded Chinese government-linked programs.

"We are deeply troubled by the growing Cold War mentality driving the United States' approach to China—an antagonistic posture that risks undermining much-needed climate cooperation," reads the letter, published by Politico.

The letter could open the groups and their progressive donors up to allegations of hypocrisy. While the organizations say they support human rights and pro-democracy causes, the letter glosses over China's human rights record and its ongoing crackdown on pro-democracy groups. The letter makes only one passing reference to "human rights" and is far more critical of the United States than China. China has carried out genocide against Uyghur Muslims in western China, and Chinese authorities have cracked down on pro-democracy groups in Hong Kong.

Some of the biggest progressive philanthropies in the country fund groups that signed on to the letter. Soros's Open Society Foundations gave $500,000 in 2019 to the Sunrise Movement, which supports a number of left-wing causes, including defunding the police. Democracy PAC, which is heavily funded by Soros, contributed $250,000 to Sunrise's political action committee in April 2020.

The Rockefeller Brothers Fund contributed $100,000 to the Sunrise Movement Education Fund in 2019. The Rockefeller philanthropy has funded numerous China-based environmental nonprofits with links to the Chinese Communist Party. The Washington Free Beacon reported in January that the Rockefeller Brothers Fund gave $400,000 to the China Environmental Protection Foundation, $750,000 to the China Council for International Cooperation on Environment and Development, and $200,000 to the China Youth Climate Action Network, all of which have links to Communist Party officials.

The Pelosi family is likely the most corrupt family to ever be related to the US Speaker of the House.

Earlier today the Washington Examiner reported on Nancy Pelosi’s husband who made millions in recent transactions related to actions taken in the US House.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband, Paul Pelosi, bought up to $11 million worth of Big Tech stocks in the last two months as an anti-tech package of bills makes its way through the House at the same time.

In May and June, Pelosi purchased $4.8 million worth of Google shares, up to $1 million worth of Amazon call options, up to $250,000 of Apple call options, and up to $5 million of call options for Nvidia, the large semiconductor, graphics, and electronics company, according to a financial disclosure form filed last week.

A call option is a financial contract that allows a buyer the right to purchase a stock or asset at a set price within a specific time period.

The stock transactions were completed just weeks before the House Judiciary Committee passed six bipartisan antitrust bills aimed at reining in tech giants such as Apple, Amazon, Google, and Facebook.

According to a report at FOX News, the speaker doesn’t own any stock and didn’t break any laws:

The speaker has no involvement or prior knowledge of these transactions,” a spokesperson for Pelosi’s office told FOX Business. “The speaker does not own any stock.”

Paul Pelosi, who runs a real estate and venture capital investment and consulting firm, did not violate the STOCK Act unless he acted on nonpublic information, which seems unlikely, according to former Rep. Jill Long Thompson, D-Ind.

These rules and restrictive rules that have put in place in the state are such that it could really cost Democrats seats in the House and the Senate and that is how serious it is, and so I think that there’s going to have to be a level of urgency raised by the White House, by the president, by the vice president around the country both inside and outside strategy that is going to lift up the need to do voting rights, not in a year or down the line, but right now and I don’t know that I’ve seen that urgency yet.

Watch: Earthquake Swarms Trigger Rockslides In Central California

An earthquake rocked Central California, followed by dozens of aftershocks Thursday afternoon. Much of the shaking was recorded in Coleville (Mono County).

At 1549 local time, a magnitude 5.9 hit Coleville, approximately 150 miles east of Sacramento, according to the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). Shortly after, a swarm of more than two dozen quakes ranging from magnitude 1.0 to 4.6 hit Coleville and surrounding areas.

During the shaking, people across Mono County took out their smartphones and filmed wild scenes of rockslides.

Twitter user "Brett Durrant" was traveling on "I395 near Coleville" when he noticed the earthquake started to "wiggle" the road. He uploaded stunning footage of massive rockslides.

It's been reported USGS has upgraded the earthquake to a magnitude of 6.0. The agency is expected to hold a press conference following clusters of quakes.

Germany faces ‘EPIDEMIC’ of child sex abuse; WHO estimates of a million victims are ‘too low’ – it has to be stopped!

In Germany’s latest horrific case of child abuse, paedophiles filmed sex acts on their own children to share online. Kids learn ‘stranger danger’ but a leading campaigner says to ‘think the unthinkable’ about who real abusers are.

As four evil paedophiles begin their prison sentences this week having been found guilty of being part of the biggest child abuse ring ever uncovered in Germany, one of the nation’s most tireless campaigners has warned that sex abuse of children is at epidemic levels.

Activist Julia von Weiler, from the German branch of global NGO Innocence in Danger, says that the World Health Organisation estimates of a million German children having suffered sexual violence is way too low.

The problem authorities face in compiling figures is the high incidence of unreported abuse. Several years ago, “the Mikado Study, funded by the Federal Ministry of Family Affairs found that two-thirds of child abuse survivors never disclose their trauma to anyone. Ever. And, in a put-on-your-seatbelt moment, the study also pointed out that just 1% of abuse cases were reported to police and/or youth welfare agencies,” she says.

“So if we take that 1 percent as our baseline then the 1 million estimate by the WHO is actually a rather low figure.”

She said her experience of 30 years in the field showed child abuse was widespread, not just sexual violence but ‘digital’ abuse which took place over phone or computer videos without the abuser or the victim being in the same room.

“Our estimate is that in every German classroom between two and four children are abused, not all severely, terribly sexaully abused but also by the overstepping of digital boundaries,” she said.

Those digital boundaries prove highly problematic to police investigators. In the recent case in Münster, they seized hard drives containing more than 500 terabytes of videos and photos of child abuse which they said could take them 30 years to sift through.

The 28-year-old ringleader of the sex gang – known only as Adrian V. – was given a 14-year prison sentence with his three accomplices receiving between 10 and 12 years each. The court heard all four brought their own young sons to the small house on a busy garden allotment to be abused by others, with video and photo material sold later online.

Teen Who Had Heart Attack After COVID Vaccine Tells RFK, Jr.: ‘I Thought It Was Safe’

Isaiah Harris told RFK, Jr. on the “RFK Jr. The Defender Podcast” that the first hospital he visited after suffering an adverse reaction to Pfizer’s COVID refused to believe his symptoms were a result of the COVID shot.

Hours after attending his college graduation, Isaiah Harris was rushed to the emergency room after complaining of being unable to breathe. Once at the hospital, Harris suffered a heart attack while waiting for treatment.

Harris was diagnosed with inflammation of the heart, or myocarditis. The condition was later attributed to Pfizer’s COVID vaccine — but doctors initially refused to believe his condition had anything to do with the vaccine, Harris told Children’s Health Defense Chairman Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., on the “RFK Jr. The Defender Podcast.

After being hospitalized for four days in Rogers, Arkansas, Harris was released and sent home with medication to numb his heart and reduce the swelling. But when he tried to phone the doctor to say he was still suffering from heart pain, the nurses stonewalled him, he said.

“One of the nurses who treated me picked up,” said Harris. “Some words were exchanged and she ended up hanging up on me and wouldn’t get me through to the doctor.”

About a month and a half later, Harris went to see Dr. Allen Kline at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio, after being referred by a friend. Kline is aware of the link between mRNA COVID vaccines and myocarditis. He’s witnessed hundreds of cases, said Harris.

Harris told Kennedy he felt pressured to get the vaccine. He said he thought it was safe, that there weren’t any risks.

“I plan on going to medical school and thought it was a requirement,” said Harris. “There’s a lot of pressure to get it right now.”

While Harris hasn’t fully recovered, he said he’s doing a lot better. However, he’s been advised to keep his activity levels low for the next six months, and can do little more than walk his dog.
