Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel announced this week that her department will go after those who made “false claims” about the 2020 presidential election in Michigan.

Nessel will use the state police to “assist in the matter.”

Nessel says she is using Republican Senator Ed McBroom’s report and recommendations on the 2020 election to support her actions.

Republican Ed McBroom and his colleagues said they found NO EVIDENCE OF FRAUD in the 2020 election. McBroom also encouraged Nessel to go after those individuals who made “false claims” about the process.

WOW.

How is this even legal?

And how does Dana Nessel still keep a job?

She has no respect for or knowledge of the US Constitution.

Specifically, Nessel is targeting Attorney Matthew DePerno and Senator Patrick Colbeck.

Dozens of School Districts are Teaching Book Claiming ‘Whiteness’ is the Devil and That White Children Sell Their Soul for “Stolen Land and Stolen Riches”

Investigative Journalist and avid CRT opponent Chris Rufo has identified over 30 school districts across 15 different states that are teaching the radical ‘anti-whiteness’ book, “Not My Idea” by Anastasia Higginbotham.

Rufo notes that the book, meant for children as young as kindergarteners, ‘traffics in the noxious principles of race essentialism, collective guilt, and anti-whiteness.’

One part includes images portraying whiteness as the devil, offering the reader a contract that ‘bids them to whiteness’ in exchange for stolen land and the ability to ‘mess endlessly’ with the lives of people of color.

The book teaches children to primarily identify by their skin color while it paints white children as evil, saying: “Whiteness is a bad deal. It always was.”

Despite their opposition, the largest teachers union in the country approved a plan last week to promote CRT across all 50 states and their 14,000 districts.

Some states, like Oklahoma and Florida have stepped up and banned CRT from schools, but we need more to do the same.

Kamala Harris: “We Are Going to Assemble the Largest Voter Protection Team We’ve Ever Had to Ensure All Americans Can Vote”

Apparently the Democrats’ “most extensive voter fraud organization in history” Biden bragged about in October isn’t enough.

Kamala Harris on Thursday announced a $25 million expansion voting campaign for the DNC’s “I Will Vote” campaign.

“We are going to assemble the largest voter protection team we’ve ever had to ensure that all Americans can vote,” Kamala Harris said.

“With this $25 million, the Democrats are investing in the tools and technology to register voters, to educate voters, to turn out voters, to protect voters,” Harris said at Howard University in Washington. “People say, ‘What’s the strategy?’ Well, I just outlined it.”

Recall, in October, Joe Biden admitted the Democrat party has the most extensive voter fraud organization in history going back to the Obama Administration.

“We have put together, and you guys did it for President Obama’s administration before this, the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics,” Biden said during a virtual Get Out the Vote event in October 2020.

CNN, C-SPAN Scrub Rumored Babbitt Shooter’s Name from Transcript of House Sergeant at Arms Testimony

Freelance reporter Tayler Hansen was at the Capitol building covering the action as it unfolded on Jan. 6. According to a RealClearInvestigations report published on Wednesday, Hansen was standing outside the Speaker’s Lobby with 35-year-old Air Force veteran and Trump supporter Ashli Babbitt when she was shot.

In an April 13 Twitter post, Hansen named Lt. Michael L. Byrd as the U.S. Capitol Police officer who shot and killed Babbitt.

On Saturday, Hansen posted a C-SPAN video of Timothy Blodgett, the acting sergeant at arms for the House of Representatives, speaking before a Feb. 21 hearing of the House Legislative Branch Subcommittee on the Capitol incursion, in which he mentioned “Officer Byrd.”

“We were in close contact, that situation where Officer Byrd was at the door when Ms. Babbitt was shot. It was our sergeant-at-arms employee who rendered the aid to her,” Blodgett told lawmakers.

This statement placed Byrd at the door but didn’t “confirm” that he pulled the trigger, as Hansen claimed Saturday.

Although there has been no confirmation that Byrd shot Babbitt, there appears to be a growing amount of circumstantial evidence pointing to him as the shooter.

As BizPacReview noted in a report Wednesday, “according to some reports, Babbitt’s shooter was said to be wearing a beaded bracelet that looked like one Byrd wore as well.”

Videos from Jan. 6 showing the shooter’s arm reveal, at the very least, a similar beaded bracelet.

RealClearInvestigations’ Paul Sperry reported that Byrd’s online presence has been scrubbed, including all social media and personal photos, and that Byrd has been placed on administrative leave since Jan. 6.

Sperry spoke to Terrell Roberts, the attorney currently representing Aaron Babbitt, Ashli’s husband. Roberts’ efforts to obtain information from the Capitol Police on Babbitt’s death have been met with silence.

Unlike police departments throughout the U.S., Sperry noted, “Congress has exempted the USCP from Freedom of Information Act requests.”

On behalf of Aaron Babbitt, Roberts has filed a lawsuit against the Capitol Police for “documents that identify the officer who shot Babbitt … as well as notes and summaries of what the officer said regarding the shooting and the reasons he discharged his weapon.”

A hearing in the case is set for Sept. 3, according to the report.

Roberts told Sperry that Hansen is a key witness in the case. “Hansen was present when Ashli was shot. He has spoken with my investigator. He provided a reliable and accurate account of what he saw; he also made a video recording, which proved useful.”

Sperry reported that an investigator in Roberts’ office “has positively identified the shooter from a ‘painstaking’ analysis of photos and videos taken by journalists and witnesses inside the Capitol.” The investigator has also received “tips from citizens and other information.”

Biden and Putin discuss Syria and cyberattacks in phone call – White House

US President Joe Biden has raised the issue of ransomware attacks “by criminals based in Russia” in his phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin, calling on Russia “to take action,” the White House said.

Biden “underscored the need for Russia to take action” to deal with the cybercriminals acting on its territory while pointing to what the White House described as “the ongoing ransomware attacks … that have impacted the United States and other countries around the world.”

The president also once again vowed to “defend” Americans and the US infrastructure “in the face of this continuing challenge,” while also saying that the US is “committed” to working with Russia on the “broader” ransomware threat.

Putin responded by saying that the US has not recently requested any assistance from Russia in any specific cases related to ransomware attacks, the Kremlin said. Moscow is ready for cooperation in the cybersecurity field, the Russian president added.

The US has no new information to suggest that Moscow might be behind any such attacks, a White House spokeswoman admitted following the hour-long phone call between the two leaders. Still, Russia “must act” on the issue anyway, she added.

Although cyberattacks were a major focus of the phone conversation between Biden and Putin, it was not the only issue raised during the hour-long call. The US president also hailed Moscow for its support of the renewed UN Security Council authorization of cross-border humanitarian aid to Syria.

Biden commended the work of the teams from both nations that followed the meeting between the two presidents in Geneva and led to such an outcome. Moscow had previously opposed this decision, arguing that continued cross-border assistance delivered without the approval of the Syrian government was a violation of Syria’s sovereignty.

Earlier this week, Moscow tabled a draft resolution allowing the extension of cross-border assistance for six months. The extension would be linked to international help for Syria in its fight against Covid-19. The cross-border aid deliveries could then be extended even further if the UN secretary general issues a report assessing the transparency of cross-border operations and the progress of aid deliveries through the contact lines between the territories controlled by the government and various militant groups in the Idlib province.

On Saturday, the final document drafted together by Russia, the US, Norway, and Ireland was unanimously supported by the UN Security Council. The development was also lauded in Moscow.

“Today, we are witnessing a historical moment: Russia and the US have not just reached an agreement but managed to table a joint document supported by our colleagues in the [UN Security] Council,” Russia’s UN envoy, Vasily Nebenzya said.

US Probes Two Americans With Ties To Assassination Of Haitian President

Update (1427ET): Many unanswered questions are swirling around the two American assassins, part of a team of 26 heavily armed Colombians who stormed Haitian President Jovenel Moise's private residence Wednesday and shot him dead, also critically injuring his wife.

Reuters says U.S. law enforcement and intelligence agencies are investigating James Solages, 35, and Joseph Vincent, 55. Both are from South Florida and were arrested by the Haitian National Police Thursday in connection with the president's slaying.

Two law enforcement sources, speaking on condition of anonymity, told Reuters an "active investigation" is open on Solages and Vincent, and their roles in the killing. The sources said U.S. agencies have yet to assist Haitian police because officials have not requested help.

But in a new update via CNN, it appears the U.S. is sending officials to Haiti at that the request of the Caribbean government.

"The U.S. remains engaged," White House press secretary Jen Psaki told reporters, adding that senior FBI and Department of Homeland Security officials will be arriving shortly in the country's capital of Port Au Prince. She said the agents would evaluate the situation and provide assistance.

One of the most critical questions investigators should be asking is what motivated the two Americans to commit such a heinous act on foreign soil.

Reuters points out Solages described himself as a "certified diplomatic agent" and the former "chief commander of bodyguards" for the Canadian embassy in Haiti.

Florida records show Solages has security officer and firearm licenses. He also runs a company called FWA SA A JACMEL AVAN INC, which defines itself as a charity supporting impoverished children in Haiti.

Out of the two dozen Colombians, 17 of them were ex-soldiers, police say.

So what motived the two Americans and more than two dozen Colombians to perform such a brazen assassination of the Haitian president? Was it money?

Pyongyang rejects AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine over side effects – South Korean think tank

North Korea has canceled shipments of Oxford’s AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine that were due to arrive in the country through the Covax program, citing concerns over potentially fatal, but rare, side effects.

A report from the Institute for National Security Strategy (INSS), a South Korean think tank that works closely with the country’s spy unit, has revealed that neighboring North Korea has rejected the import of AstraZeneca coronavirus vaccines due to concerns over a few cases of blood clotting in people following inoculation.

The intelligence information detailed that the hermit kingdom was due to receive some 2 million doses of Oxford’s vaccine in May through the Covax scheme. However, the process had been delayed due to North Korean concerns over the vaccine’s safety, as well as worldwide shortages because of India’s vaccine export ban.

Covax, led by the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations, Gavi, the World Health Organization (WHO) and the United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund, was designed to alleviate vaccine inequity by donating vaccines to countries that cannot afford to produce or procure high volumes of shots.

CDC Targets Unvaccinated Children in New Guidance For Students Returning to School in the Fall

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on Friday issued new guidance for student returning to school this fall.

The CDC said only fully vaccinated children do not need to wear masks in classrooms:

Masks should be worn indoors by all individuals (age 2 and older) who are not fully vaccinated. Consistent and correct mask use by people who are not fully vaccinated is especially important indoors and in crowded settings, when physical distancing cannot be maintained.

CDC recommends schools maintain at least 3 feet of physical distance between students within classrooms, combined with indoor mask wearing by people who are not fully vaccinated, to reduce transmission risk. When it is not possible to maintain a physical distance of at least 3 feet, such as when schools cannot fully re-open while maintaining these distances, it is especially important to layer multiple other prevention strategies, such as indoor masking.

Children have virtually zero chance of dying from Covid yet the CDC is specifically calling for unvaccinated children to be abused and ‘marked’ with a face mask.

A new study publishes in JAMA pediatrics says children wearing masks can expose them to dangerous levels of carbon dioxide.

Furthermore, vaccines are currently only available to children ages 12 and up.

The CDC will also recommend that all schools fully reopen in the fall – EVEN IF THEY CAN’T TAKE ALL RECOMMENDED STEPS TO PREVENT COVID.

This is purely political.
