i know there are sorcha haters here and I understand their point of view…so don't need to hear any of it.

I am posting this because it has a good explanation of what could happen/will happen with Trump's class action lawsuits against giant techs.

there are 3 different lawsuits, one against twitter, FB and Youtube…all assigned to Bush or Obama appointed judges.

All appeals will lead back to Florida and 11th circuit court of appeals…with the majority of judges appointed by Trump….and 2 others, not apptd by Trump, but 'trump friendly'.

will then head to SC…where Thomas has already said how it should be ruled upon.

Security Council Members in this transcript note that under America’s two-tiered justice system, where a class action lawsuit is filed is just as important as what its merits are—which is why socialist Democrats always rushed their cases to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit to obtain rulings against President Trump—socialist rulings always rebuked and overturned by the United States Supreme Court—and is why President Trump flipped the Ninth Circuit by filling it with conservative judges.

In these class action lawsuits filed by the Constitutional Litigation Partnership, this report notes, the combined Trump et al v. YouTube, LLC et al cases (Case Number: 0:2021cv61384 and Case Number: 1:2021cv22445) have been assigned to United States Magistrate Judge Lauren Fleischer Louis, who is overseen by Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida Kevin Michael Moore, who was appointed by President George H. W. Bush—sees the Trump et al v. Twitter, Inc et al case (Case Number: 1:2021cv22441) assigned to United States District Judge Robert N. Scola Jr., who was appointed by President Barack Obama—and sees the Trump et al v. Facebook, Inc et al case (Case Number: 1:2021cv22440) assigned to United States District Judge Kathleen M. Williams, who was also appointed by President Obama.

This transcript sees Security Council Members all agreeing that these class action lawsuits, no matter what their initial rulings may be, will all be heading to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, which oversees all of the cases emanating from United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida—is an Eleventh Circuit having 12 judges with one vacancy— of the 12 judges sees 1 appointed by President George W. Bush, sees 1 appointed by President Bill Clinton, sees 4 appointed by President Obama, and sees 6 appointed by President Trump—and most notable of them is the President Clinton appointed United States Court of Appeals Judge Charles R. Wilson, who is a devout Catholic graduate of Notre Dame University and fellow alumni of President Trump appointed United States Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett, was a law clerk for the late Judge Joseph W. Hatchet of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit—and is notable because Judge Hatchet left the bench in 2018 to become an attorney for the powerful law firm Akerman LLP, which allowed President Trump to replace this Clinton judge with one of his own—and is the same Akerman LLP law firm President Trump’s top real estate attorney Michael Bailkin works for, and that President Trump’s nominee James E. Trainor III for the Federal Election Commission works for, too.

This transcript concludes with Security Council Members noting that it’s vital to understand the intricacies of the movement and motivations of these US Federal Court Of Appeals judges, specifically because these class action lawsuits heading towards the Eleventh Circuit will see an 8 judge majority backing President Trump to propel them towards the United States Supreme Court—where eagerly awaiting them is the powerful Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, who this year wrote a scathing opinion suggesting that online platforms should be treated as “common carriers” to limit their ability to restrict speech—which is the ultimate goal of these class action lawsuits filed on 7 July by the Constitutional Litigation Partnership—and whose effect would be treating these big tech giants exactly like telephone carriers, that would be sued into oblivion if they ever tried to censor someone’s phone call.
