Robert Durst hospitalized, delaying his murder trial again
He has pleaded not guilty to murder in the death of his friend Susan Berman, who was shot in the back of the head in her Los Angeles home in December 2000. Prosecutors say he silenced Berman before she could tell police she helped him cover up the killing of his wife, Kathie, in New York in 1982.

"Yorktown residents and NY's residents still must endure the embarrassment of seeing DJT recognized and honored for donating undeveloped land as parkland as we commute.
In 2015 NYS legislators began proposing the park be renamed to which Trump responded "If they want, they can give me the land back."
It's time to call Trump's bluff. I believe he has other legal issues that will take precedence…last thing he wants is to be saddled with a property that will be difficult if not impossible to develop…. time has com for NYS to act boldly to remove this disgrace."
