They must have done that on purpose.
If all batches were equally bad, the damage would be spread between all batches rather than appearing only in specific ones.
They need to adapt people to taking the vax, and if everyone got sick/ paralyzed, dropped dead? Then no one would take it.
If they gave you what they should by law which is enough info to make an informed consent; then people also would refuse it in greater numbers, if not everyone entirely would refuse it?
