Republican Senator McBroom, who sat through hours of testimony of Republican and Independent poll challengers who told stunning stories of witnessing potential voter fraud and intimidation by paid election workers and outside leftist agitators, claimed that he and his crack team of Senate investigators could see no evidence of massive voter fraud.

McBroom’s report didn’t end with his opinion on voter fraud, he also recommended that Democrat Dana Nessel, the most lawless attorney general in Michigan’s history, actively pursue anyone [Republicans] “making a profit” who are seeking answers to voter fraud in Michigan by criminally charging them.

“Those promoting Antrim County as the prime evidence of a nationwide conspiracy to steal the election place all other statements and actions they make in a position of zero credibility,” the report said. The report did mention Matt DePerno, the courageous attorney who agreed to represent Plaintiff William Bailey in his lawsuit against Antrim County where it was discovered that over 5,000 votes were flipped from Trump to Biden in the Nov. election.

On June 22, 2020, conservative Michigan Rep. Steve Carra (R) was the first MI lawmaker to stand up for Michigan residents who don’t believe their elections were free or fair. Rep. Carra proposed House Bill 5091, requesting $2.5 million to perform a forensic audit of the November 2020 presidential and US Senate election in the hotly contested state of Michigan.

New Data Indicates Number Of Illegal Votes Cast In Georgia Surpasses Biden’s Margin Of Victory – REPORT

“That number continues to increase every day as more and more people update their registrations… I have little doubt that the total number will eventually meet and then exceed President Biden’s margin of victory in Georgia.

In the November 2020 presidential election, Democrat candidate Joe Biden won the state of Georgia, reportedly beating Republican candidate and incumbent president Donald Trump by a margin of 12,670 votes. On Friday, however, evidence has reportedly surfaced that shows as many as 35,000 illegal votes may have been cast in Georgia, a number that greatly surpasses Biden’s margin of victory.

Speaking to the Federalist, voter data analytics expert and Data Productions Inc. president Mark Davis said that he identified “nearly 35,000 Georgia voters who indicated they had moved from one Georgia county to another, but then voted in the 2020 general election in the county from which they had moved.”

Davis noted, “It was disconcerting to see the media and the courts largely ignore serious issues like these, especially since the data I was seeing showed very legitimate issues. In fact, I heard members of the Secretary of State’s team admit some votes were cast with residency issues, but then claimed there weren’t enough of them to cast the outcome of the election in doubt. That was not at all what I was seeing, and as far as I am aware the Secretary of State’s Office has never put an actual number on the ones they did see.”

Of the 35,000 voters who switched counties before voting in the general election, Davis says more than 10,300 voters updated their voter registration information to report the address they had previously claimed before switching ahead of the election, and that those 10,300-plus voters had also cast ballots in the county they switched their registration address from ahead of the election. “That number continues to increase every day as more and more people update their registrations,” Davis noted. “I have little doubt that the total number will eventually meet and then exceed President Biden’s margin of victory in Georgia.”

As National File has previously reported, evidence of potential vote manipulation has already surfaced in Georgia, including video footage that appears to show a poll worker running the same ballots through a tabulation machine multiple times.

The integrity of the 2020 presidential election remains a hotly contested partisan issue, with pro-Democrat media outlets insisting the election was the most secure in American history, and Republicans claiming that there is possible evidence of irregularity in some districts.

Twitter Refuses to Say Which Rules Fuentes Broke, Won’t Say Whether ADL, SPLC Smears Influenced Decision to Ban

Twitter has refused to discuss which rules Nick Fuentes broke, and won’t say whether the smears from the ADL and SPLC influenced their decision to ban him.

Fuentes, the political activist and host of popular weekly show America First, was permanently banned from Twitter on Friday afternoon. As National File reported, both the ADL, the “Jewish special interest group,” and the SPLC, the far-left pressure group, posted hitpieces on Fuentes in the previous couple of days:

[The ADL’s hitpiece] was posted to Twitter within the hour just before his ban, claiming that he is a “white supremacist leader and organizer” who “traffics in disinformation and division.” In a statement, Fuentes said that “the ADL published a report on me and then I was permanently suspended hours later. That’s what happened,” adding that he would discuss his ban more later on his Telegram channel.

The Southern Poverty Law Center… attacked Twitter earlier this week over the fact that Fuentes was still on their platform, linking him to the Capitol Hill protests. In an email to the SPLC dated January 11th, Twitter admitted that they had not seen “enough violative content” from Fuentes to ban him at the time. “It’ll be interesting to see if the other people mentioned in the SPLC’s article about Twitter’s ’embrace’ of the far-right from two days ago end up getting banned too,” said Ashley Goldenberg, the conservative commentator who was banned from Twitter two years previously.

National File reached out to Twitter to query exactly why Fuentes had been banned, and specifically asked if the smears from the ADL and SPLC had anything to do with his permanent suspension. However, Twitter were not open in their response. “The account you referenced (@NickJFuentes) was permanently suspended for repeated violations of the Twitter Rules,” a spokesman said, refusing to specify which rules Fuentes had allegedly broken, and confirmed that they would not discuss anything more regarding his ban at this time.

This is not the first time that Big Tech has cracked down on conservatives and America First supporters. Fuentes was temporarily suspended earlier in the year, at the same time that Jaden McNeil, the founder of America First Students, was permanently banned. Former Delaware Senate candidate Lauren Witzke was permanently banned in March for criticising a transgender activist who said that little girls are “kinky.” Most recently, New York Young Republicans President Gavin Wax was locked out on Friday for a year-old tweet supporting Kyle Rittenhouse.

Biden Considering Second Phone Call with Chinese Leader Xi: White House

WASHINGTON—President Joe Biden is considering a second phone call with Chinese leader Xi Jinping, the White House said on Friday. This would be Biden’s second engagement with his Chinese counterpart since taking office.

“Certainly, we are in touch at a very high level with Chinese leaders in terms of an upcoming call with President Xi,” White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said during a press briefing.

The timing of the call, though, has not yet been set, she said, in response to a question by The Epoch Times.

Biden held his first official phone call with the Chinese leader on February 10. A month later, senior diplomats from both countries met for talks in Alaska, an engagement now remembered for the public tongue-lashing given by the Chinese officials.

Since then, the president has embarked on a campaign of rallying allies in Europe and elsewhere to jointly confront global threats posed by the communist regime, as well as its rampant human rights abuses. These actions have been met with scorn by Chinese Communist Party officials.

Last month, National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan also said that the White House was planning to step up engagement with China in coming months “in some ways to take stock of” where both countries are in their relationship and to ensure some kind of “direct communication” Biden has found valuable with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Biden “will look for opportunities to engage with President Xi going forward,” Sullivan said during a press call on June 17.

He also did not rule out the possibility of a meeting on the sidelines of the upcoming Group of Twenty (G20) summit in October.

“We don’t have any particular plans at the moment, but I would note that both leaders are likely to be at the G20 in Italy in October. So I will leave it at that for now,” he said.

Financial Times on June 23 reported that Biden was planning to launch the “next phase” of his China policy and hence was pushing for high-level meetings, based on sources familiar with the matter. It is unclear whether Biden will exert more pressure on China to address issues surrounding human rights, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.

Biden fires Social Security boss, a Trump appointee who refused to resign

President Joe Biden on Friday fired the head of the Social Security Administration after the official, who was appointed by former President Donald Trump, refused to resign.

The White House said the Social Security commissioner, Andrew Saul, “undermined and politicized” the agency’s benefits, among other things that warranted his firing.

The president has appointed Kilolo Kijakazi, who is currently the deputy commissioner for retirement and disability policy, as acting commissioner.

Saul told The Washington Post, however, that he plans to log back into work on Monday.

“This was the first I or my deputy knew this was coming,” Saul told the newspaper, referring to the email he received from the White House Personnel Office on Friday morning. “It was a bolt of lightning no one expected. And right now it’s left the agency in complete turmoil.”

Saul, 74, is a longtime Republican donor, a former vice chairman of New York’s Metropolitan Transportation Authority and a wealthy businessman who turned around women’s apparel company Cache.

The president appointed Kilolo Kijakazi, who is currently the deputy commissioner for retirement and disability policy, as acting commissioner, a White House official told NBC News.

Kijakazi previously worked as a fellow at the Urban Institute, a program officer for the Ford Foundation and a senior policy analyst for the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities. A search for commissioner and deputy commissioner will be conducted.

Illinois Truck Driver Pleads Guilty To Transporting, Impregnating 13-Year-Old Virginia Girl

ABINGDON, Va. – A Cahokia, Illinois man pleaded guilty today to transporting a minor from Virginia to South Dakota with the intent to engage in criminal sexual activity.

According to court documents, David Kyle Skaggs, 33, was an over-the-road tractor-trailer operator.

In 2015, Skaggs started communicating on Facebook with a 15-year-old boy in Lee County, Virginia with whom Skaggs knew his mother.

Over the course of several months, Skaggs and the boy, identified in court documents as “AA,” developed a friendly relationship and Skaggs became acquainted with AA’s family, including AA’s younger sister, victim “KL,” who was 13 years old.

In August 2015, Skaggs offered to take the children on a long-distance trip in his tractor-trailer. Skaggs picked up AA and KL in Lee County and drove them to South Dakota. After stopping at a truck stop in South Dakota, Skaggs bought the two minors alcohol, and they all drank while sitting in the truck.

After AA was asleep, Skaggs raped KL in the sleeper portion of Skaggs’ truck. KL later gave birth to Skaggs’s child.

Skaggs is scheduled to be sentenced on September 30, 2021 and faces a minimum penalty of 10 years in prison.

Hungary Ordered to Play Next UEFA Matches Behind Closed Doors Over Racist Fan Behavior

The Hungarian national football team has been ordered to play their next three UEFA games behind closed doors over "discriminatory behavior" by fans during Euro 2020, European football governing body UEFA said on Friday.

The decision was made following investigation into claims of racist and other discriminatory conduct displayed by the team's supporters during Hungary's group stage matches against Portugal, France and Germany.

"The CEDB [UEFA Control Ethics and Disciplinary Body] has decided … to order the Hungarian Football Federation to play its next three (3) UEFA competition matches as host association behind closed doors, the third of which being suspended for a probationary period of two (2) years as from the date of the decision, for the discriminatory behaviour of its supporters," the UEFA said in a statement.

The Hungarian Football Federation has also been fined 100,000 euro ($119,000) and ordered to display a banner promoting equality during future games.

The incidents in question happened in June. During Hungary's Euro 2020 opener against Portugal, the team's fans displayed homophobic banners. Before the France match, the fans reportedly carried racist banners, while several of the French players were subject to racist verbal abuse, including monkey calls, from the tribunes. Both games were played at the Puskas Arena in Budapest.

Hungary's supporters also brought an anti-LGBT banner to the game against Germany in Munich after UEFA refused a request from Munich's mayor to light the stadium in rainbow colors in protest of Hungary's anti-LGBT law.

Michigan Attorney General, Police To Probe People Who Made Election Fraud Claims

Michigan’s attorney general, with assistance from police officers, will investigate people who claimed election fraud happened during the 2020 contest.

A spokeswoman for Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel told news outlets on July 8 that the Democrat will probe people who allegedly made false claims, with help from Michigan State Police.

The spokeswoman said Nessel decided to launch the probes on a request from Republicans in the Michigan Senate.

A Republican-controlled Senate panel last month issued a report saying it “found no evidence of widespread or systematic fraud in Michigan’s prosecution of the 2020 election.”

A portion of the Michigan Senate Oversight Committee report focused on Antrim County, where the county clerk falsely reported on the morning after Election Night that Democrat Joe Biden had beat former President Donald Trump by thousands of votes. The senators said their review backed the position of Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson and Antrim County officials, which is that the false reporting was due to human error and was ultimately rectified.

The committee recommended that Nessel “consider investigating those who have been utilizing misleading and false information about Antrim County to raise money or publicity for their own ends.”

“The Committee finds those promoting Antrim County as the prime evidence of a nationwide conspiracy to steal the election place all other statements and actions they make in a position of zero credibility,” it said.

Benson said her office looked forward to partnering with Nessel “on this critical investigation into the real fraud that took place in 2020: efforts to deceive Michigan citizens about their vote with misleading, false statements about the accuracy & integrity of our elections.”

Attorney Matthew DePerno and his client, William Bailey, have raised money for a case brought against the county that alleged Dominion Voting Systems machines used in the county “were shown to miscount votes” cast for Trump, counting them for Biden. The case was dismissed in mid-May.

Dominion has denied the allegations, including details in a forensic report from a firm hired by DePerno that alleged Dominion’s machines and software were “purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results.”

Judge Drops Frivolous “Toddler’s Meme” Lawsuit Against Carpe Donktum and President Trump for “Misappropriation”

Twitter sensation and MAGA-meme maker Carpe Donktum was suspended from Twitter in June 2020.

This was after years of being harassed by Twitter and the left for his absolutely brilliant memes that were promoted often by President Trump.

And this came just months before the November elections!

Carpe Donktum, Logan Cook, was later sued in September by the parents of toddlers featured in his Carpe Donktum meme video that parodied CNN’s biased portrayal of Trump supporters.

President Trump was also named on the lawsuit.

A copy of the summons claimed that Logan Cook, better known as Carpe Donktum, “misappropriated” the toddlers’ “pictures and likenesses” and that the defendant added “fraudulent text to the manipulated video further distorting it.”

After several months the New York Supreme Court dismissed the “toddlers meme” lawsuit today for “misappropriation” against our client Carpe Donktum (Logan Cook).

Logan told us: “I’m completely happy this is over with. It has been overshadowing everything for the past year. It was there to make me think twice before I said something or did something.

The statement today from the judge laid out very clearly, as a matter of the courts, that this video was in the public domain and a newsworthy item and there was no copyright infringement on it.

White House Outlaws Arrest Of Pregnant And Postpartum Illegal Immigrants

President Biden is pushing a new immigration policy directive that will hamper the ability of ICE and the American border patrol to detain and deport undocumented migrants: he's ordering new restrictions barring the arrest or detention of any undocumented migrants who are pregnant, or gave birth during the past year.

How ICE agents are supposed to know whether a woman (or a man, since the Biden Administration's language, is gender-neutral, acknowledging that "trans men" can also give birth) has recently given birth, or not, isn't explained in the NYT report. Apparently, the number of pregnant undocumented migrants held in American detention rose sharply under President Trump after the White House reversed a policy from the Obama Administration that helped to limit detention of pregnant women.

The Obama policy was memorably put in place to prevent ICE from discriminating against pregnant undocumented women looking to give birth in the US, ensuring that their child would become a US citizen. The practice, once known as having an "anchor baby" (until progressives deemed this phrase "racist"), is relatively common. ICE has apparently arrested 4K pregnant migrants since 2016, although right now the Biden Administration says there are fewer than 20 such detainees in custody.

Like all of Biden's other immigration policies since taking office, the order not to detain pregnant women will be implemented via executive order.

The problem with forging policy by executive fiat is that the next administration can easily undo whatever Biden did, using the same executive authority.

“Any change in presidential administration can materially change people’s lives, especially immigrants and folks who are kind of trying to navigate their way through the immigration system,” said Breanne J. Palmer, a lawyer with UndocuBlack Network, which advocates for current and formerly undocumented Black people in the United States. “People who endure detention when they’re pregnant or nursing, you know, they really have very little recourse,” Ms. Palmer said.

The NYT notes that the policy could aggravate some conservatives who supported President Trump's proposal to eliminate birthright citizenship. The issue also gained traction after a young Honduran mother gave birth to a stillborn child in US detention.

Supporters applauded Biden for going further than President Obama to limit detention of pregnant women. But they insisted there is more work to do, adding that detention of any woman accompanied by a minor should be outlawed. This would make it illegal for ICE and the border patrol to enforce immigration law when confronted with families of migrants (though, to be sure, the majority of undocumented migrants are men looking for work).

Justice Department to spend $6.1 million on Jan. 6 database for riot prosecutions

The contractor, Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, could receive up to $26 million for the database effort.

The federal government has agreed to spend $6.1 million to create a database of information including videos, photographs, documents and social media posts that will assist the Justice Department in prosecuting more individuals involved in the Jan. 6 Capitol breach.

The massive database of gathered evidence will be created by technology contractor Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, which is reportedly "a litigation support vendor with extensive experience providing complex litigation technology services."

In a court filing Thursday, prosecutors said they are organizing thousands of hours of body-worn camera footage, closed-circuit surveillance camera footage, over a million social media videos, data from phones and email accounts, and the responses to over 6,000 grand jury subpoenas, Politico reports.

"The government is working to provide an unprecedented amount of materials in the most comprehensive and usable format to defense counsel,"Assistant U.S. Attorneys Nadia Moore and William Dreher said in their submission.

Defendants are required to have access to all relevant evidence gathered in an investigation, which will be possible with the database.

The FBI is also reportedly using facial recognition technology to identify suspects involved in the breach.

While federal prosecutors have deep financial support from the U.S. government in building cases, the Federal Public Defender office is also considering hiring a contractor to help defense attorneys sort through the large amounts of data being collected.

The compensation to Deloitte could grow up to $26 million, Politico also reports.

Psaki Promises White House Has ‘No Intention To Maintain A Database’ After HHS Secretary’s Vaccine Comments Spark Worry

White House press secretary Jen Psaki told the Daily Caller on Friday that the White House has “no intention to maintain a database” on vaccinations after Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Xavier Becerra’s comments sparked concern over the weekend.

Becerra spoke to CNN on Sunday regarding President Joe Biden’s plan to go “door-to-door” in an effort to get more Americans vaccinated. The “door-to-door” initiative was criticized by Republicans, although the White House later told the Daily Caller that the government isn’t obtaining personal information on non-vaccinated Americans and that the individuals knocking on doors are local volunteers.

Despite the White House’s previous comments on not specifically targeting or keeping information on those who aren’t vaccinated, Becerra said Sunday that it is “absolutely the government’s business” to know who is vaccinated and who isn’t.

Becerra also said the administration wants “to give people the sense that they have the freedom to choose.”

Republican lawmakers highlighted Becerra’s comments, with Sen. Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee pushing back on the suggestion it isn’t a choice and Rep. Lauren Boebert of Colorado demanding to know “the truth.”
