Back when I was in Grad School for Psychobiology, there was an old psychologists tale about men or women who open their eyes a lot that are so wide open that their entire eyes show with white above and below.
The tale was that they were typically psychotic, and would drift in and out of reality, preferring to live in their own crazy made-up world.
I can think of 2 that fit that bill lately!
