Up to their noses in DOD contracting, this huge swampy bureaucracy has scads of employees, a "big company" culture (i.e., low pay, long hours, must drink the Koolaid, frequent turnover). A place to work for people who want to put a known name on their resumes, then move on. Deloitte is a frequent next stop after the BAH station.
