Technically you are right. Nasim is not a slide. Its an attempt to create posts in support of nasim to screen shot. Those screenshots will then be used to show how this board supports a person who attempted a mass murder shoot out.

Ive been falling Trump for a few years now as most here probably have too. A few things I have noticed.

He is a master communicator. He communicates very complex issues in a manner that is easy to digest to the general public.

Q proceeds Trump's language. We are on the cutting edge of whats coming. Then Trump seeds the public. And hopefully next comes the booms/pains.

Ex: Q used the word Patriot from the onset. That word had been largely lost in our collective vocabulary. Trump started using that term in reference to the NRA. Now he has used it more and more. IIRC since the NRA patriot tweet he has mentioned patriots in every rally.

Being a Patriot is beginning to be a praised and noble thing publicly again.

Q started using the word traitor and treason a couple of months back. Now Trump is using the word Traitor. Watch this catch steam and start rolling. Expect Trump to start using the word Traitor or Treason more frequently. Interesting he didnt refer to Kerry as a traitor (yet), timing wasnt quite right.
No I do not think everyone who posts a nasim picture or says nasim is ourgirl is a clown or shill. Just manipulated by that being encouraged to comp this board. Mark my words, screen shot this. There will come a day when the MSM uses that against the credibility here.
