The video title has odd characters, as does the description. There may be a pattern to the misspellings that is of interest. I haven't figured it out but it looks interesting.
Also, with respect to "Watch the Water" … perhaps this video description hints at "Watch the Coasts" … as in, watch the Chinese container ships off the coasts.
