Seriously an important reason why US citizens should be getting jobs before immigrants with work visas. They are vouching for each other and using fake credentials to steal jobs from more qualified citizens. They prob take less pay to get in the door and from there, they protect and promote each other. I've seen leads who never do anything and are barely present for months on end, making over 100,000 a yr and working remote. Don't even understand basic concepts ffs. From India and also from S. America.
I don't think they're gonna be able to continue hogging all the jobs and running things for much longer tho. TBH they are poorly skilled and have little ability to get along well with those outside their culture. I'm hearing some companies are desperate for good workers, developers and such. They don't seem to understand the prob. kek. But pencil pushers/CEOs and such, are overpaid retards as well. But also they value degrees over skill atm and most coming out of college have no idea how to do anything. Cuz colleges don't gaf and have no idea what they're doing. It's all about learning on the job. I think it's why they all want 5 to 10 yrs experience. Something's got to give. They need skilled workers and they are struggling to find them. So much money wasted. Right now they can blame their failures on Covid, but that ain't gonna last forever.

I believe it. Use you, then take and steal your work. They also have zero ability to document and I think they do it on purpose to secure their positions. Nobody else can easily figure out wtf they even did. So you can't just pick up where someone else left off.
