If you're a programmer, you're gonna need connections. Networking and collecting will help. Sad to say, but that's the reality. If no connections, you may have to start low just to get in the door, unless you can find work outside the matrix. Linked in and such to gather connections, the normies all use it. Get reference letters from everyone you work with and collect those, make an online portfolio, like with Wix. You can private your resume and references/letters. Then share the link to portfolio w/pword with interviewers.

Yea, I'm aware. Most HR is more retarded and weak than DS, IMHO. But yea Indians are taking over the industry and I think they are hiring each other and using fake credentials(?). But many are on work visas. But they are so fucking retarded. Also hotheaded and racist af. At some point they have to hire legit developers just to get the job done and/or avoid losing contracts. But best bet is to avoid companies where the Indians are running the show, cuz nobody wants to live in that kind of environment. Do all the work and yet take all the blame, while getting ignored and yelled at, when you try and fix the mess they create. So look for off the grid jobs, get in where ever you can bro. There are lots of start-ups that are dying for help. May pay less, but in the long run, can move up and get better pay as the company grows. It's a fucked up situation as you say, also consider contract work. And yes you have to go thru recruiters and they are worse than used car salesmen. Not an easy industry to be in. Good luck tho.

Tru. For the same reasons I think. Fucking Indians! I'm taking IT classes atm. Just to get out of the fucked up job I have atm. But I know people in programming and IT world. I've heard all the horror stories. They suffer from similiar probs.
