Interesting. Note that; just because something can be done, it doesn't translate, automatically to manufacture. If it was that good, the new microprocessor chips in your PC would e made from it! That article was 10 years ago and there's still no commercial microprocessor made with it!
Nice find though. It seems they managed to make a 100GHz transistor in 2010 too. Still crickets. I'd love to be able to use some of that tech!
