I go back and forth on that. They never released a gene sequence of it so how could they know. Also, I'm not convinced that "viruses" even exist as described. But [they] spend a butt ton o'$ researching it so what did they really do in Wuhan? Seems they may have created something that got out locally and never spread far but they used that event to spread the fear porn.
