That's how larps work. you find a "weak premise" and build a lie about it. Then you spread it all over the internet and keep pushing it until enough people know it. Then you can go and push the opposite on your own media sources for credibility (or to discredit the others)
Additionally, the premise that graphene, which is essentially a form of soot somehow can be more harmful than normal soot. Lets ignore that the bottle doesn't contain anything black at all. Lets completely ignore the spike protein which actually causes all sorts of medical problems like strokes, blood clots, spongiform encephelopathy (like mad cow)
