Just be polite, ask their full name, tell them that you are not my DOCTOR and that you have consulted with your chosen DOCTOR as it relates to all that, you know your HIPPA rights and would kindly ask that they leave, never return, and take any and all paperwork with them. They are not allowed to put anything in your mailbox, and refuse anything they try to give you.
