Partnered with USPS to mail out ballots.

 

Questions:

Who managed the anonymous ballot drop boxes?

Who received ballots that were returned to sender?

What happened to the ballots that were returned to sender?

Were return-to-sender ballots ultimately filled out then placed into anonymous ballot drop boxes?
