Bidan should, if he wants to be consistent with his open border policy, let Haitians in as asylum seekers. Cubans want to be on on that, is my guess. Cubans almost assured of first country status in the US if they flee. Don't know about the Haitians, though. There is the Dominican, although they probably have their border locked down.
Anyway, Bidan will look like a piece of shit if he lets Haitians or Cubans get gunned down.
Trump is squeezing that pimple, too, forcing Bidan to make a decision.
