Look at the location of the Hyperion Water Reclamation Plant. It's right by LA Airport. It sits next to the Blue Butterfly Preserve which sits on the old Surfridge community. Surfridge was the big Hollywood hang out for kiddie fuckers in the 1920s. The town boasted of the most advanced underground sewer and power system in the country. Marion Davies had a huge mansion where Charlie Chaplin would hang out. It seems suspicious that they never tore those roads up. Seems an odd place for a "Ghost Town".
