Chinese police rescue over 2,600 missing and abducted children under Reunion system

Chinese police have rescued a total of 2,609 missing or abducted children since 2016, with some missing for over 60 years, the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) said during a press conference held on Tuesday. DNA information was used to help police match lost children with their parents.

The police have so far this year "handled 147 cases of child abduction and trafficking and arrested 372 suspects," said Tong Bishan, a deputy inspector of the MPS' Criminal Investigation Bureau on Tuesday, adding that over 1,200 reunion activities have been held for missing children and their family members.

On June 1, over 3,000 free blood sampling sites were opened to the public under the Tuanyuan system. Tuanyuan means Reunion in English. Nearly 10,000 people voluntarily went to the public security bureaus to give their blood samples and 306 families found their missing children, according to Tong.

The Tuanyuan system was launched in May 2016, and is a platform that posts missing children's information, along with their photos, names, time and locations where they disappeared.

Notably, two suspects have been apprehended for abducting the child of a man from East China's Shandong Province, whose story inspired the anti-abduction film Lost and Love which Hong Kong actor Andy Lau stars in.

Meanwhile, criminal techniques, usage of data bases, along with police's rich experience in combating abduction, more creative measures were adopted in anti-abduction. From May 11 to June 11, 718 missing and abducted children were rescued with 8 suspected arrested by Chinese police, according to the MPS.

Sri Lanka police arrest 41 including one of their own with links to online sex-trafficking ring

ECONOMYNEXT – Sri Lanka police have arrested 41 suspects so far in connection with an online sex-trafficking ring that had victimised a 15-year-old girl.

The police media division said the latest suspect who is a resident in Negombo was arrested on Monday (12).

Among the more recently arrested suspects is a police officer and a former bank manager who were taken into custody Sunday (11).

The arrests so far include the girl’s mother, the deputy chairman of the Mihintale Pradeshiya Sabha, drivers, a designer who had worked on the ads promoting the victim online, a Buddhist monk, former Maldivan state minister Mohamed Ashmalee, a captain, several crew members of a ship, two gem merchants and a cardiologist attached to Sri Lanka Navy.

The cardiologist, the deputy chairman of the Mihintale Pradeshiya Sabha, the two gem merchants and the mother of the victim were granted bail by the Colombo Magistrate’s Court after they were produced in court.

The investigation was first launched by the Mount Lavinia police, beginning with the arrest of the first suspect, on June 07 – a man who had posted several advertisements online and sold the girl to third parties over a period of three months for prices as varied as 15,000, 20,000 and 30,000 rupees.

Further investigations are being conducted by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) and the Children and Women’s Bureau.

Meanwhile, opposition MP Rohini Wijeratne said on Monday unverified social media reports had suggested that there was pressure from the top to suspend investigations into the sex trafficking ring because of the involvement of a well-known Buddhist monk said to have close links to the establishment.

However, the monk in question lodged a complaint with the CID on Monday about a website operated from abroad that had made false allegations that he was the Buddhist monk arrested in connection with the incident. (Colombo/July13/2021)

Fusion Centers Enter Kids As Young As 1 Year Old In Secret Gang Databases

Recent documents from the Metropolitan Police Department in D.C. (MPD) and the Boston Police Department (BPD) show that Regional Intelligence Centers (RIC) are encouraging police officers to put children and adults in secret gang databases.

Last month an article in The Intercept showed that police gang databases are riddled with civil rights violations and errors. It revealed how police used civilian analysts to create flawed RIC (Fusion Center) gang member databases.

"A spreadsheet of the MPD database shared internally the next month included a supposed gang member who was less than 1 year old, as well as 2, 3, 5, and 6-year-olds. The 2,575 names in the spreadsheet also included children as young as 14."

As the video explains, RICs are entering shooting victims names into their gang databases. Law enforcement uses "hazy criteria" to justify entering 1 to 14 year-old kids names.

"Documents reviewed by The Intercept, show how the MPD identifies supposed gang members by using hazy criteria typical of other gang databases in the United States and how the department pushes officers to frequently add names to the database. The emails also reveal that the MPD shares information from the database — including full spreadsheets of its contents — with outside agencies and larger regional gang databases and that the department uses it to inform its aggressive policing initiatives."

For the past eleven years, all the Metropolitan police officers had to do to justify entering juvenile names into their gang database was to use the term "reasonable suspicion."

"Officers can add a gang member if they have a reasonable suspicion that the person checks two of seven boxes, including associating with validated gang members, being identified as a gang member by an unproven informant, and having been arrested in a gang area for an offense that is part of the gang’s criminal enterprise. Officers can forgo the two-criteria requirement if someone credibly admits to being in a gang — a workaround other departments have been shown to falsify or abuse — or if a reliable informant pegs them as a gang member."

This is almost the same gang database system that the BPD's Boston Regional Intelligence Center (BRIC) uses.

World Health Organization Buys 550 Million Doses of Chinese Vaccines That Don't Work

The World Health Organization’s Covax international vaccine distribution program has purchased 550 million doses of the Sinopharm and Sinovax vaccines from China. Word is that 110 million doses will be made available immediately by Gavi, a public-private partnership that purchases vaccines from rich countries and gives them to the poor.

The only problem is that the two Chinese vaccines don’t appear to be very effective in stopping the spread of Covid-19. The data from Chinese studies on their vaccine’s efficacy is suspect, as Jim Geraghty points out.

You remember Sinopharm, right? That’s the Chinese-made vaccine that trials found prevents hospitalization 79 percent of the time! Oh, just note that “the trial was not designed and powered to demonstrate efficacy against severe disease in persons with comorbidities, in pregnancy, or in persons aged 60 years and above.” So, we’re not sure how effective the vaccine at protecting people who are old or who have comorbidities, which are admittedly two of the groups most vulnerable to COVID-19. Look at the bright side though: Sinopharm keeps four out of five young healthy people out of the hospital!

And then there’s Sinovac, which is like Sinopharm, just, well, not as effective. That’s the vaccine which Brazil’s Butantan Institute found had an efficacy of 51 percent against symptomatic SARS-CoV-2 infection, and it is slightly less effective against two of the variants.

Gao Fu, the director of China’s Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, said of the vaccines back in April: “The efficacy of [the] existing vaccines is not high… The levels of antibodies generated by our vaccines are lower than mRNA vaccines and the efficacy data are also lower. I think it is a natural conclusion that our inactivated vaccines and adenovirus vectored vaccines are less effective than mRNA vaccines.”

The next day, Mr. Gao was forced to retract that statement.

The proof is in real-world trials from nations that have purchased more than a billion doses of the Chinese vaccines — and most are regretting it.

All three put their faith, at least in part, in easily accessible Chinese-made vaccines, which would allow them to roll out ambitious inoculation programs when much of the world was going without.

LinkedIn also joined in on the action by deleting the account of Dr. Robert Malone after he questioned the safety of the mRNA vaccines, the technology for which he himself played a huge part in creating.

Parler was removed from the internet and so was the website of America’s Frontline Doctors after they endorsed non-agenda-approved treatments to combat COVID-19. More recently, in a move that’s disturbing yet predictable, Facebook has begun sending users creepy messages relating to “extremist content”.

So content that goes against the mainstream agenda is either censored or outright deleted. We know that. But what about the content that goes against corporate interests but isn’t quite insidious enough to be removed? What does Google, the largest search engine in the world, processing over 40,000 search requests per second, do about such content?

The first thing to understand about Google is that it’s more than just a search engine. Google develops and maintains a network of applications that all work together to collect, analyze, and leverage your data. Each application feeds data into the next, forming a global chain of information exchange.

For example, Google’s driverless car initiative powers Google Maps, which in turn powers Google’s local listings. It is this network effect that has made Google such a powerful and unrivaled force in the search engine space.

As a search engine, Google decides what information you see and what information you don’t. It goes without saying, but any tool with such power needs to be responsibly managed and repeatedly scrutinized.

Post-COVID Vaccine Deaths Are Not Being Autopsied – Why?

Dr. Jane Orient, M.D., the executive director of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS), wants to know why the medical system is refusing to perform autopsies on the bodies of people who died not long after getting “vaccinated” for the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19).

All last year, we were told by the government and media that every single death, no matter the actual cause, was a result of “covid.” That was before the “vaccines” made their appearance, of course.

Now, despite prolific evidence that the injections are causing mass disease and death, the medical system is refusing to acknowledge this fact and is still blaming all deaths on “covid.”

There is a systematic refusal among those calling the shots to even consider that Fauci Flu shots might be spreading the “variants” and causing some people to drop dead from various known side effects. And Dr. Orient wants answers.

“Thousands of healthy people are dying unexpectedly, but our public health agencies are assuring us that their deaths were not caused by the COVID jab,” Dr. Orient wrote in a commentary for WND.

“The toll of post-vaccine deaths has reached nearly 7,000, according to the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS). It’s the best system we’ve got, even though it misses 90% or more of the actual events.”

Dr. Orient has only seen one post-injection autopsy conducted so far

Of the tens of thousands of deaths that have been reported in conjunction with the Trump Vaccines, only one that Dr. Orient knows about involved an actual autopsy, as opposed to a questionable and easily manipulated “death certificate.”

That particular patient had received just one dose of the mRNA injection from Pfizer and BioNTech and died before receiving the second. Despite testing “positive” on a phony PCR test for SARS-Cov-2, this person showed no actual signs of infection.

On the other hand, the body of a 45-year-old mother who died of heart issues and brain swelling following her jab, which required in order for her to start a new job at Johns Hopkins University, will probably not be getting an autopsy, even though it is obvious that she died from the injection.

“There will be tears and flowers, but probably no autopsy – and no pause in the shots demanded for mothers and potential mothers if they want to work at JHU,” Dr. Orient says.

Even though Dr. Orient received her medical training long before CT and MRI scans existed, she says that she and her colleagues were still expected to try to come up with an accurate diagnosis with every patient. That is no longer the case in the age of the Chinese Virus.

“We had to call the medical examiner, who would decide whether an autopsy was indicated,” she says. “Anything potentially related to the death, such as pill bottles, was evidence.”

“If an injection had been given, the vial would be recovered if possible. With vaccines, one is supposed to record the lot number, so it would be possible to check a sample for contaminants.”

Chinese spy ship returns to waters off Queensland ahead of Defence's largest war-fighting exercise

The Australian military is closely tracking a high-tech Chinese surveillance ship making its way towards Queensland ahead of large-scale military exercises which begin this week.

Defence sources have told the ABC the auxiliary general intelligence (AGI) vessel Tianwangxing (which translates as "Uranus") is scheduled to arrive on Friday.

The vessel is then expected to monitor the Talisman Sabre 2021 war games involving Australia and the United States, which will be officially opened today.

Defence Minister Peter Dutton confirmed Australian Defence Force (ADF) assets had been closely monitoring the Chinese military vessel for "several days".

"We are aware that the People's Liberation Army (Navy) general intelligence ship Tianwangxing is approaching Australia's east coast via the Torres Strait," he said.

"We have been monitoring its approach to Australia for several days as part of Australia's broader surveillance effort."

In 2019, the same Type 815 vessel was also tracked by the ADF as it travelled to Australia to monitor the bi-annual Talisman Sabre war games.

The Tianwangxing is fitted with advanced communications systems including several clearly visible spherical domes, which shield dish antennas that collect and intercept radio signals and give it a distinct profile.

"We fully expected a ship of this class to arrive in our region during the exercise and have planned for its presence, as we do for every iteration," Mr Dutton said.

"The presence of similar vessels did not detract from Talisman Sabre 2017 or Talisman Sabre 2019, and we are confident that it will not impede this year," he added.

A military official, who spoke to the ABC on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorised to comment publicly, said the Tianwangxing was keeping a deliberately low profile.

"The ship is in full EMCON (emissions control) at the moment, only broadcasting signals it absolutely has to," the official said.

"[It is only] responding to calls and hails by insisting that it is operating in accordance with international maritime law".

Said another way: if wages stagnate so workers lose ground every year as inflation in essentials rises, that's the way it should be. If wages rise so workers can keep up with inflation, then that will trigger an inflationary death spiral.

That this indoctrination is so widely accepted reveals the success of America's Aristocracy in reshaping the narrative to make their plundering appear to be "inevitable." But the siphoning of $50 trillion from workers to the Aristocracy, and the Nobility's control of political power was anything but inevitable: it was engineered by policies that enriched billionaires, the top 0.01% Aristocracy, and the top 10% who own 90% of America's productive capital.

Madera County, Calif. Sheriff Declares State of Emergency as ‘River Fire’ Explodes In Size

Madera County, California Sheriff Tyson Pogue proclaimed a local emergency for Madera County due to the significant impacts of the ongoing River Fire. This morning, July 13, 2021, the Madera County Board of Supervisors signed a resolution ratifying and extending the proclamation of local emergency.

Protesters marched to the house of Mohammed Fahmi earlier on Tuesday, demanding that the caretaker interior minister lift the immunity granted to government officials over last year’s devastating port explosion. Clashes soon broke out, and police and security officers beat back the demonstrators.

The crowd grew in size, however, and the protesters managed to reach the front of Fahmi’s building. As the police and security officers threw tear gas, the mob smashed the front windows of the building. It is unclear whether Fahmi was inside his home at the time.

Darkness fell over the Lebanese capital and police sirens echoed through the street, but a group of demonstrators – some of whom lost family in the port blast – remained outside Fahmi’s house.

Tuesday’s march to the minister’s residence was not the first time demonstrators have demanded accountability from Lebanon’s government over last year’s explosion, which killed more than 200 people, injured over 6,000 and destroyed huge swathes of the Lebanese capital. Earlier this month, family members of blast victims protested outside the Interior Ministry after Fahmi denied a request by investigators to interview former General Security Agency head Major General Abbas Ibrahim.

Ibrahim is one of several current and former officials suspected to have had some knowledge about the improper storage of highly explosive ammonium nitrate at the port. A number of ministers also accused of negligence remain shielded by parliamentary immunity.

Raytheon’s alleged use of critical race theory in employee training appears to violate US anti-discrimination law, senator says

US Senator Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas) is demanding answers from Raytheon’s CEO over the giant defense contractor’s alleged use of critical race theory (CRT) in employee training, warning such courses appear to violate federal law.

Cotton sent a letter to Raytheon chief executive Gregory Hayes on Tuesday, insisting that the company provide to him any staff training materials on diversity, equity and inclusion. He also asked Hayes to disclose information on any companies or individuals that the missile maker pays to present such classes.

“One of the nation’s largest defense contractors is indoctrinating employees with critical-race-theory-inspired trainings,” Cotton said on Tuesday in a Twitter post. “This is unacceptable. American companies have a responsibility to treat everyone equally, without regard to race.”
