"One or two days later, Jacobs was called into his superior´s office; Major Florenz J. Mannsman. Walking into the office Jacobs sees a screen and a projector set-up and two individuals in grey suits. The major introduces them to Jacobs by just giving their first names and saying that they had come from Washington D.C. Jacobs was asked to sit on the couch, the major turned on the projector and played the recording from the recent launch. They watched the three burnouts (i.e. Missiles are launched with a series of rocket systems, once one runs out of fuel it is dropped and the next rocket takes over), after a few moments the major says “Watch this a bit closely”. Suddenly they see a UFO enter the film frame flying next to the missile, it was disc shaped. Then, the UFO emits a beam of light to the missile´s warhead (dummy nuclear warhead, this was a test launch). It changes its position, it moves over the missile and emits a second beam. It repeats the same action two more times from different angles and flies away from the scene."
