Kristi Noem's biggest issue is the Marijuana issue that she and the Republican government dropped the ball on.
Just like the Dems thought that Hillary Clinton couldn't lose, the Republicans in South Dakota thought that anything to do with Marijuana wouldn't pass.
Then election time came around and both Medical and Recreational marijuana were on the ballot. Well, both were overwhelmingly voted in by the People of South Dakota; but immediately Noem and the Republicans were trying to say that The People couldn't vote on amending the State Constitution in regards to weed.
Apparently, they must have seen that for Medical marijuana that they didn't have a chance in hell of keeping that away from the people. If you have a medical marijuana card from another state (not South Dakota doctors yet, and if you are a South Dakota doctor and prescribe Marijuana to a patient, you will no longer be able to practice medicine in the state of South Dakota…how fucking ghey and stupid is that????)
In South Dakota, if you have a card from another state, you can carry up to 3 oz of medical marijuana with you. You can buy from a dispensary on the Flandreau Reservation (I believe their dispensary is located at the Casino on the Rez).
If you want a card, you can get one using an online website that have doctors from California that will look over your info and prescribe you medical marijuana card and pay an office fee. Then just take your card to Flandreau (or any other legal dispensary) and pick up your stash.
This is the biggest gripe that the people of South Dakota have on Kristi Noem's form of governance.
Even though I am pissed at her for this debacle…I'm still going to vote for that fine conservative ranch girl ass! (Never vote Dem! NEVER!)
