So, I'm in the beginning stages of learning how to do this.

I've been told that the blue circles on the dates on the clock are dates there were Q drops.

But yet, I see there in your graphic that there were indeed Q drops on 9/17/18, but there isn't a blue circle on 9/17 on the clock…

What am I missing? Was the clock made in 2017, and maybe there weren't any drops on that date in that year?
